Gaaaaah. This is the third time I've had to type this post. I'm not sure why, but my iPod touch doesen't play nice with livejournal. Every time I try to go anywhere it crashes. To post this I had to turn my music off and it still almost crashed loading this page. Forget about looking at entries.
This just tops the other two gripes I have with this.
1: Why doesent iCal copy over my to-do lists? Is it really that hard? Apparenly even modifying your calander is a new feature. That's just ridiculus.
2: Why is the spellcheck so damn intrusive? To do something not in their dictionary is a pain in the ass, in fact it just tried to change the word 'ass' on me there. Instead of autochanging it and you having to press a tiny x to cancel it, they should just make the autocomplete box bigger and have it be click to complete. This tiny non-enlargeable x is driving me crazy!

So yeah, last night i went to dinner and it was fun, we had a big long table full of people, probably 10 or 11. Dinner was burritos and pizza and chicken cutlets and stuff. Well, we were sitting there finishing up, and there were 3 or four girls right to my right, and we were all laughing and joking and the like, when one of the girls, who was being extra silly, started complaining she couldn't swallow.
Next thing we know she is passed out and drooling and her eyes rolled back and stuff. Everybody in the dining hall pretty much froze and we didn't know what to do. For about 5 seconds she was basically dead.
Then, as if nothing happened, she sat up and started talking, and asked why everyone was staring at her. She apparently choked on a piece of chicken. It was really scary and some doctor or something confirmed later that night everything was O.K. and she probably choked out for a second.
Moral of the story: Chew your chicken?

So, i didn't get home till 6am last night.
i decided to treat the exchange students i work with to see a movie, as they dont get out much. we got off work at 10pm. We didnt get everyone dropped off till 1040, and then i had to go change, then had to pick everyone back up which went till 1130. Then we drove to king of prussia to see batman, only to have the theater closed due to power outage. so we all went back to my house and watched "21" and fooled around, and then i had to drive everyone home at 5am. so yeah, tired and i gotta go to work now.

So, at AC i was having trouble with my computer. BIOS wouldn't find OS X. At the end of the con, it started working again, and worked until monday or so, when the hard drive kicked the bucket. it was a (upgraded) Seagate 200GB 5400rpm 2.5 SATA. My computer actually shipped with the downgrade 80GB baseline drive, but I upgraded it to the 200GB right off the bat, since it was cheaper to buy the bigger one myself and just swap it. FYI, as well, 5400rpm or 4800rpm is normal drive speed. 5400rpm = 1.5GB/s. 7200rpm = 3.0GB/s. Big improvement.
$200 later, and i have a Western Digital Scorpio Black 320GB 7200rpm 2.5 SATA with a fall/knock sensor.
After a little more fiddling (had to put the drive in my dad's computer, and then swap once the install was done) I used the restore disk off my dad's few-month-newer (shipped with Leopard) restore disk to upgrade my computer to 10.5 Leopard as well.
After all is said and done, I'm $200 poorer and have plenty of (cleaned and zeroed) hard drive space now. Plus the added security of the motion sensor helps level the cost.

Working alot over the next few weeks, but ill try to be around as much as i can. Hopefully with all the work i am gonna do, i might get my motorcycle before i go to Kansas (even though getting it out there then becomes a problem), and mabye make it to FA:U.
I'm pretty sure most people know whats going on with me and Celcius, but if you dont, i just think it is best that we had to call it off.
Ok. I'm done making this update.

So. I graduate tomorrow. I had a good time in high school, and i think Kansas is gonna be even more fun. The 18th, I'm going to Kansas State University in Manhattan Kansas to do college orientation. Then after that is AC, hopefully.
And all in between this school stuff, I'm now working on the turnpike, between the Morgantown and Exton exits, westbound side. This job is more money then my last job was, and i'm also working with my two best friends.
Also, it's friday the 13th. Watch out for things.

In other news, i sat on my new motorcycle today. Next, we clean the carburetor out. I'm buying it from my neighbor soon! Then i can get to work. WooHoo.

Yeah. kinda a little mad.
Dude stopped in middle of road.
Me driving round corner.
Oh no! Theres a truck in front of *CRASH* me!
The whole front is pushed in. To the block. It doesn't matter that the bumper was steel. Due to the lowered-ness of the truck, it just went right under the other. The grille is smashed into tiny pieces, the radiator is gone, the accessory belt is probably trashed, i need a hood, and to top it all off, i'm in the negative money and had to put a tow on an overdrawn card today.
I don't have collision insurance either.
Not to mention something completely horrible happened the night before and i can't trust my own mother now.
Not to mention i just put $1000 into the truck 2 weeks ago.
Not to mention i just put $200 into the truck a month ago.
Not to mention i need to get to school and work every day and don't know how i can.
Great.
I'm in a really good mood, guys!
